This house plan is in the plot size of 40 x 85 feet, accommodating the elaborate user requirements, while not compromising on the architectural value. There are three bedrooms in the house out of which two bedrooms have an attached bathroom, a double-height family lounge along with a dining hall, a kitchen well connected to public and private areas, a pooja room in the northeast direction, and a living room which gives you a welcoming vibe. The design style of the house is modern with elements that exhibit the Colonial-style interiors.

The built-up area is kept open from three sides of the plot to get air and light. This allows an adequate amount of light and ventilation to be entered in the house throughout the day which is designed keeping in mind the composite climate of Delhi. The guest's bedroom facing the huge lawn, with ample gathering areas seeking a spatial connection. The kitchen area is placed in such a way that it is well connected with its related spaces (the living hall, dining hall, and family lounge). Lush green surroundings make for interesting vistas in the house.
