This house plan is in the Shermukhi plot size of 54'3" x 106'0". This is a corner plot sited on flat land, this a two-story house plan. To preserve existing views, the neighborhood follows strict neighborhood restrictions that limit any new construction to be not more than two stories.

The house engages with the landscape via a series of floor-to-ceiling glass openings. The built-up area is kept open from two sides of the plot. This allows an adequate amount of light and ventilation to be entered into the house throughout the day. Ventilation shafts are added wherever is required for air and light.

It is a three-bedroom house, the master bedroom has attached dressing and bathroom, and other bedrooms have a separate bathroom. The living-dining hall has ample light and floor-to-ceiling glass openings. On the site, there is an existing tree that the client did not want to remove. we prevent it by making a cutout in the front terrace. The site boundary is covered with plants and trees to control surrounding noise and improve air quality. Lush green surroundings, balconies, and front terrace make for interesting vistas in the house.
